Union Academy Foundation Inaugural Annual Report

Union Academy is a charter school, grades K-12, in Monroe, NC. The school’s Foundation is responsible for raising money to build facilities – from classroom buildings to ball fields. While the school was founded in 2001, it did not become one campus until 2018. As they approached this milestone, Union Academy Foundation (UAF) decided to produce their first ever Annual Report. Because they were achieving their long-awaited goal, there was significant concern that donors would use this accomplishment as a reason to stop giving. UAF engaged km design to create the report along with event and direct mail materials for their signature fundraising efforts.
